Is this winter only?
Yes — Apartments SNOW focuses on winter season stays in Hochfilzen, Tirol (AT) and is closed in summer.
How does reservation work?
Choose dates on the Reservation page and submit a request. Requests are PENDING until confirmed by the host.
Do I pay online?
No, the host will send an invoice after confirmation and inform on the payment procedure in it.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is by 10 am. If you plan to arrive late, add a note during booking or message us.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation terms are to be found here.
What should I include in my request?
Preferred dates, number of adults/children, childrens' age, apartment preference, any special requests like and arrival time (late arrivals or similar).
