1) Reservation Requests
Requests for reservation submitted through the website become valid reservation only after the host's confirmation.
2) Payments
The host will advise on the payment after reservation confirmation.
3) House rules
- Check-in after 16:00
- Check-out before 10:00

Self check-in with key-box and registration, please sign digitally
- No parties or loud events.
- Please respect quiet hours in the evening (22:00-06:00).
- No smoking indoors.
- Use amenities responsibly and report issues promptly.
- Before you leave – close the entrance door
4) Damage & liability
Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition during their stay. Please report any damage or issues as soon as possible.
5) Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 40% of the total agreed price up until 1 month before the day of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price up until 1 week before the day of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the day of arrival or for no shows.

We recommend a cancellation travel insurance to all our guests.
